PDV Records has recently become the exclusive distributor of Everland Music and Kontakt Audio labels specializing in reissuing cult underground titles of the 70s and 80s in a wide range of genres.
Everland Music is focused on vinyl reissues of forgotten or hard-to-obtain titles from the 60s, 70s, and 80s of the last century from all over the world. Collaborating with renowned vinyl collectors, crate diggers, and DJs, Everland Music uses a documentary approach to present the hottest moments of the organic psychedelic groove of the music history of the last century through more than 100 fully licensed releases.
One of the world’s largest vinyl collectors Mark Jansen curated part of the catalog title exclusively for Everland Music by choosing over 50 of the rarest and most privately printed vinyl releases of the 70s and 80s USA funk/soul/disco/boogie / Latin music. Original vinyl releases that are impossible to find on the market or their price reaches the four-digit figures Jansen and Everland Music have made available again. These are the ultimate quality albums outside the mainstream that essentially sound depict the passion and heat of the American funk, soul, and disco scene at its peak.
The rich legacy of jazz, psych, soul, funk of the former Yugoslavia in the '60s, '70s, and '80s is taken care of by Croatian crate-digging authorities: David Blažević (Dr. Smeđi Šećer) and Višeslav Laboš. These two passionate music anthropologists excelled globally with the first release in the Everland YU series with a double vinyl release: Jugoton Funk vol.1 - A decade of Non-Aligned beats, soul, disco and jazz 1969-1979.
The continuation of the mentioned release is in preparation, and already in November we will have the cult album of YU jazz-funk: Miša Blam 'Sećanja', while in the spring of 2022 we will have several more vinyl releases: Electronic Jugoton Vol.1 'Synthetic Music from Yugoslavia 1964-1989', Jugoton Bossa Nova B'razilian wave in Yugoslavia 1963-1983', Jovan Maljoković Ensemble 'The Uplifting Abyss', Milivoje Mica Marković 'Otpisani i Povratak Otpisanih (OST)', Grupa Marina Škrgatića 'Neobjavljeno 1970-1976'.
Everland Music operates globally through the series Everland Jazz and Everland Psych, and in the PDV record store and webshop, you can find obscure and forgotten artists such as Soyol Erdene, Gunesh, Mariah, Osama Kitaima, and jazz bands John Gordon, Ronald Snijders, and The Dennis Dreith Band.

Everland Music also brings some 70 exclusive releases of African groove music of the 70s and 80s never before released after the original releases. The series of releases of African music was curated by the legendary Steve Black producer, a multi-instrumentalist, one of the most important authorities of the African music industry in the 70s and 80s. Steve chose titles that depict the wildest period of African music history which until recently was impossible to obtain on vinyl. It is a music documentary series that conveys the heat of many clubs in Lagos through the progressive expression of genres: afro-funk, soul, disco, jazz, psych, RnR, afrobeat, highlife, calypso.
